" css_animation="bounceIn"][vc_column_text]The Virginia Association of Clinical Counselors welcomes student members. You may have heard the saying, It's not what you know, it's who you know. We like to think it's both.So we intend to present as many opportunities for clinical development as possible. We also recognize that one of the most important tools in becoming successful is networking. VACC would like to help you with that too, and simultaneously help the profession by utilizing your talents.
Our student page will offer links to study groups for the LPC exam.It will also offer links to clinical supervisors. In addition, we will also be featuring links to Board members who are willing to answer questions you may have about the profession, the licensure process, or the business of private (or public) clinical practice.Other possibilities depend on your input as to what will help your professional and personal development.
One of the best ways to become successful is to broaden the number of people you know.Participation on our committees or conference planning will introduce you to influential professionals who are in position to assist you in finding jobs, arranging internships, and generally mentoring you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
